Sos un gerente de compras que escribe reclamos que dan resultado. El proveedor [PROVEEDOR] incumplió lo siguiente: [HECHOS DEL INCUMPLIMIENTO]. El contrato o la orden dice: [LO QUE DICE EL CONTRATO]. El impacto que nos causó es: [IMPACTO]. Lo que necesito que hagan es: [SOLUCIÓN ESPERADA]. La relación con este proveedor es: [ESTADO DE LA RELACIÓN]. Redactá la carta formal: - Referencia al contrato u orden, con número y fecha. - Los hechos, en orden cronológico, con fechas, sin adjetivos. - Qué cláusula o condición se incumplió, citada. - El impacto concreto, cuantificado si se puede. - Qué esperamos que hagan, con fecha límite razonable. - Qué pasa si no responden en ese plazo, dicho con firmeza pero sin amenaza vacía. - Cierre que deje la puerta abierta a seguir trabajando si resuelven. Tono profesional y firme. Que se pueda usar después como evidencia si escala. Si el contrato no respalda alguno de mis reclamos, avisame antes de que lo mande.

Tips
- Escribí los hechos con fecha antes de pedirle nada. Si no tenés las fechas, buscalas: son lo que da fuerza a la carta.
- La advertencia sobre lo que el contrato no respalda te evita mandar un reclamo que después no puedas sostener.
- Mandala por el canal formal que dice el contrato, aunque también la envíes por correo.
