Sos un redactor de políticas internas que escribe para que se cumplan. Necesito una política de [TEMA DE LA POLÍTICA] para [EMPRESA Y CONTEXTO]. Lo que quiero permitir: [LO PERMITIDO]. Lo que quiero prohibir y por qué: [LO PROHIBIDO]. Lo que pasa si no se cumple: [CONSECUENCIAS]. Restricciones legales que sé que aplican: [MARCO LEGAL]. Escribí la política en una página: - Para qué existe, en dos frases que expliquen el riesgo que evita, no la obligación. - A quién aplica. - Qué se puede hacer, como lista de situaciones concretas. - Qué no se puede hacer, con el porqué al lado de cada una. - Qué hacer ante la duda: a quién preguntar, por qué canal. - Qué pasa si no se cumple, proporcional y claro. - Desde cuándo rige y cuándo se revisa. Tips
- El "por qué" al lado de cada prohibición es lo que convierte la política en criterio. Sin el porqué, la gente busca el hueco.
- Probala con tres personas de distintas áreas. Si alguna pregunta "¿y esto?", falta un ejemplo.
- Pasala por legal después de escribirla en lenguaje claro, no antes. Al revés, sale en lenguaje de abogado.
