The prompt
Actuá como gerente de cadena de suministro. Voy a entrevistar a: [A QUIÉN]. Necesito averiguar: [QUÉ NECESITO SABER]. Tengo [MINUTOS] minutos. 1. Diez preguntas abiertas, ordenadas de la más fácil a la más incómoda, que pidan ejemplos concretos del pasado («contame la última vez que…»). 2. Para cada una, qué respuesta sería buena señal y cuál sería de alarma. 3. Tres repreguntas para cuando la respuesta sea genérica. 4. Las preguntas que NO debo hacer, por sesgadas o por improcedentes. 5. Una grilla simple para anotar y comparar después. Ajustá la cantidad al tiempo que tengo.
