What to put in each variable
Replace each bracket with your real data. The more concrete, the better it comes out.
- [TIPO DE SISTEMA]
- qué sistema buscás (ERP, CRM, nómina, mesa de ayuda)
- [USO PRINCIPAL]
- personas, sedes, sector
- [PROBLEMA ACTUAL]
- qué no funciona hoy y te llevó a buscar
- [PROVEEDORES]
- los nombres que estás evaluando
- [RESTRICCIONES]
How to use it, step by step
Pick your tool. The steps are the same in all of them; specific notes appear below when there are any.
- Go to chatgpt.com and sign in. The free tier covers nearly every prompt in this library.
- Start a new conversation: prompts work better without the drag of an earlier chat.
- Copy the prompt with the button above and replace every [VARIABLE] with your real data before sending.
- If the prompt asks for a file, use the paperclip to attach it before sending.
- Read the answer and correct it in the same conversation: "shorter", "formal tone", "add a column". Do not start over.
- Go to claude.ai and sign in.
- Open a new chat. Claude handles long documents well: if you have material, paste or attach it.
- Copy the prompt and replace the [VARIABLES]. You can paste context material below the prompt, separated by a blank line.
- Send. For work you will repeat, save it as a Project and keep the prompt in the instructions.
- Ask it to show where each figure comes from if you want to verify: Claude cites what you gave it well.
- Go to gemini.google.com with your Google account.
- Open a new chat. If the prompt works on a Drive file, you can link it directly.
- Copy the prompt, replace the [VARIABLES] and send.
- Gemini is strong on current data: if the prompt needs recent information, ask it to search.
- Refine in the same conversation. To export, ask for the result as a table and send it to Sheets with one click.
- Go to perplexity.ai. No account is needed to try it.
- Pick search mode if the prompt needs current information; normal mode is enough for the rest.
- Copy the prompt, replace the [VARIABLES] and send.
- Perplexity cites sources: check the links before using any figure in a work document.
- If a figure matters, ask "show me the exact source for that number" and verify it.
