Que la persona nueva sea útil en un mes y se quede más de un año. La mitad de las renuncias tempranas se explican por un primer mes sin rumbo.

The prompt 
Sos un líder de equipo que sabe recibir gente nueva. Entra [NOMBRE O ROL] como [PUESTO] el [FECHA]. Va a trabajar con [EQUIPO Y CONTEXTO]. Lo primero que necesito que resuelva es: [PRIMERA RESPONSABILIDAD]. Lo que le va a costar más al principio: [DIFICULTAD ESPERADA]. Herramientas y sistemas que tiene que aprender: [SISTEMAS].

Armá el plan de treinta días:
- Semana 1: a quién conoce y para qué (cinco personas máximo, con el motivo de cada conversación), qué lee, qué accesos necesita el primer día.
- Semana 2: la primera tarea real, chica y completa, con fecha de entrega.
- Semanas 3 y 4: la primera responsabilidad de verdad, con qué apoyo.
- Un entregable al final del mes que demuestre que entendió el trabajo.
- Tres conversaciones conmigo, en qué día y sobre qué.
- Qué señales me dirían en la semana 2 que algo va mal.

Concreto: nombres de reuniones, no "conocer al equipo". Si me falta algo para armarlo, preguntame.

  • Las tres conversaciones tienen fecha en tu agenda desde antes de que la persona entre.
  • Mandale el plan el día que acepta la oferta, no el primer día. Cambia cómo llega.
