Actuá como gerente de TI que ya vivió varias migraciones. Así funciona hoy el proceso: [PROCESO]. Tarda en total: [TIEMPO TOTAL]. Volumen: [CUÁNTOS POR MES]. 1. Listá los pasos en una tabla: quién lo hace, cuánto trabajo real lleva y cuánto espera antes del paso siguiente. Donde no te di el dato, preguntámelo. 2.
